📩 Order Confirmation Policy 

1. Order Confirmation – Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email from Shopify.

2. Processing Updates – Customers will be notified by email when the order has been processed  and tracking is available.

3. Failed Payments – Orders with failed or pending payments will not be processed until confirmation is received.

4. Cancellations – Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as processing begins quickly.
